Oh WOW it has been a long time since I posted on the family blog, well this is what has been going on, Jarett is now in the 4th grade and Ray is in the 2nd grade and they are loving.
Jaretts medical problems have cleared up we found out the reason why he was passing out was because it was his way of dealing with the anxiety. Things are better now, I have had my medical ups and downs but I am slowly getting better my chest is healing great now if we could just get everything else under control that would be awesome.
Ray is loving school and is still as smart as ever, he hasnt missed anywords on a spelling test I think we might have a spelling bee winner on our hands he missed on test last year only because we didnt practice with him very well so far hes been getting 100% plus 5 which is five words from the next grade.
Curtis is loving his new job in Clearfield he is still working for ATK but isnt doing anything with the space program so we are hoping his job is pretty safe for now, cuz they build parts for the government planes and what not.
We are still living in Bear River and enjoying it I still teach Sunday School and love it. I will post pics as soon as I have had the chance to look threw and see which ones i want to post, Ray has also lost his two front teeth.

Update Time:

Alot has happened since August, the boys started school and they are loving it. Jarett started scouts and is loving that as well, he got his first badge the other night, his Bobcat Badge and is so excited and we are so proud of him.

Ray wanted to be Luigi so bad I think his costmue looks so cute. Jaretts was a lil trickier we had to make him chubby which was a lil hard but we got it figured out. So my Mario and Luigi are a lil different My Luigi is short and thin instead of tall and thin and My Mario is tall and Chubby instead of short and chubby.

Just a little update

(no pics to post yet sorry so you get to listen to the ramble)

Everything here is going good we are just enjoying the summer and the rain, we have only so far this summer had to turn the sprinklers on twice and thats awesome, but now its getting hot again my thermostat says its 94 degrees outside right now so im gunna say in my nice air conditioned house. Jarett and Ray keep asking when school is gunna start they cant wait. Friday was ATK's Lagoon the boys had so much fun I was so jealous I couldnt go but there is always next year.

On Monday I had surgery on my carpul tunnel and then on the ulnar never in my arm was being streched so they had to relocate it so my fingers werent going numb. But everything went well I am starting to get feeling back in my fingers which is nice and as soon as I can tell if the surgery helped we will do the left arm. I do have a nice bruse its great.

Anyway thats whats been going on in our little part of the world we are all doing well and healthy and just enjoying the summer. I hope all of you are enjoying the summer as well..

Ooops I just noticed that I havent put anything on here since April. So I guess its time for another little up date, sorry no pics this time either I need to take some more been having issues with my computer had to get the hard drive wiped out and that sucked. Anyway we are all doing good, Jarett is excited for summer break but not as much as Ray hes excited to have his brother home plus that means that its only a matter of time before he can start school he so cant wait for that.

Jarett got glasses last Thursday he looks so stinkin cute in them as soon as I get a picture I will post it, but trust me he looks really cute in them. Ray is finally getting the hang of riding a two wheeler he has to we told him he wasnt riding his bike to school with training wheels, he was a little mad but is slowly getting over it.

The guys had there father and sons night last Friday in Onida they had a blast, the boys brought their bikes home all covered in mud as well as the coats but it sounds to me like they had a blast, and Ray is my little fire bug he takes after me loves being around the camp fire so yeah. LIFE UPDATE!!!!!

Holy Cow its been a while since I have posted anything.... SORRY... let me see what has been going on in our lives. Um Curtis made it through layoffs out at ATK so that is so great. I have started Subbing with the Box Elder School District and love it so much, my first graders are my favorites. Jarett is still loving school and is not likeing spring break right now he wants to be in school. They had the Egg Drop yesterday and Jaretts egg made it through was so excited wahooo. Great Job Jarett. Ray is wishing he could start school he asks everyday if its time for him to start school yet. I love it but im not really sure im ready for it...oh well life goes on right.

Curtis and I are still making it through slowly but surly we are making it these tough times suck bad. I am felling a little better had some stomach problems a while back and got that taken care of now I am having issues with my breasts hoping to get that taken care of sooner rather then later.

I have made some new cards so go check them out, and I think that about covers what has been going on with us for a while. Love you all

Cupcake Pumpkin Cake

So I tried to make a cupcake cake and this is how it turned out!!

I think I am going to have to figure out how to make a frosting that will harden a little bit so it will hold the cupcakes together better. But hey its not bad for my first try right? Let me know what you think!!

Jaretts 1st day of School

August 25th, 2008

Jarett started school today he was so excited and kindof

nervous at the same time. But he did great, he was so excited that he got to eat lunch at school,he came home and said "Mom guess what I had for lunch today" I said what he got a big grin on his face and said " a Corndog" it was great. Here is a couple of pictures from his first and second day!

This is Jarett's second day of school, he wanted to ride his bike to school so bad with the neighbor kid Nathan, I was really nervous about letting him go so I asked if I could just follow him in the car to make sure he got there ok, and he said NO mom I want to go by myself, so as I watched him go I got all teary eyed but was so proud of him for wanting to do that.
